The location was absolutely perfect to downtown Zihua along the boardwalk or the canal. Cafe Pan-isimo located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The fine ocean views from our balcony were amazing.
Limited towel hanging options made it inconvenient after swimming.

Good views over the bay. Ability to walk to the town centre along the beach/headland path. Swimming pools. Not too crowded during my stay leading to a quiet and relaxing break.

Excellent views of the Zihua Bay. About a 15-minute walk into Zihua Central. Good food for a reasonable price. Friendly accomodating staff. Next to a beautiful beachwalk that takes you to the beach side restaurants.
Not enough Pool side space to lounge. The beds were very hard.

The staff was superb, going above and beyond like one waiter who always knew how to make our favorite drinks without asking. The view from the room was lovely, we watched sunsets that felt stolen from a postcard.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess that comes with the territory.

Alls well
Price was 77dollars on the site but real price is 100dollars a night still well worth it.

All staff were more than accomodating. Hospitality ++++. I would recommend this hotel to all friends and family as a space of relaxation, rest, peace and beauty.

Hotel Irma offers a fantastic view and friendly staff. While the rooms could use some updates, particularly the bedding and shower facilities, the charm of the place and the dedicated service compensated for these shortcomings. A lovely experience, but some improvements are needed.
